FORMULA: The CHARCOAL formula is like THE CLASSIC (Reduced Baking Soda + Magnesium) but with Activated Charcoal and prebiotics.
SIZE: 58g, enough for 3-6 months with regular use. Both scent profiles are also available in the stick formula.
SHELF LIFE: 12 months once opened.
The CHARCOAL is a proprietary blend of activated charcoal, dietary magnesium, prebiotics and reduced baking soda. Like the CLASSIC formula, it has enough Baking Soda to be effective, but not so much that it is irritating or disrupts the body's pH for most people. Activated charcoal and prebiotics help maintain a healthy armpit environment, keeping bacteria causing odors at bay (careful wearing light-coloured clothing as this deodorant can leave dark marks on clothes, but not on skin.) Dietary magnesium wards off the stinky stress-sweats, kaolin clay for absorption, arrowroot to stay dry and a super savvy blend of essential oils that work well with a body's chemistry. Plus, shea, olive oil, calendula oil, local beeswax and other quality ingredients that just make for some good skincare.
If you are new to natural deodorant, you may have a transition period, but most bodies will adjust within a week. You may also need to apply 2x a day or so.
The nuanced and layered scents are very, very well thought out.
Different scent profiles evoke different moods, so you get to choose which story you tell. Choose whichever draws you in... that's a good sign it's a good scent match for you.
