UPDATE: Canada & USA SHIPPING (SEPT. 27th 2025)

Here's how we are navigating both all the new changes involved with shipping to the USA as well as the most recent strike by Canada Post. (By the way, I don't think shipping has ever been this consistently dramatic in my 14 + years of business!)

Here's the gist of it all:

Expect processing and shipping times to be slower, but we are back to business-as-usual. Delivery times are now 5-15 business days from time of order. 

That's right! We are baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!! Just slower than usual, but we expect this to improve over time.

TARIFFS: We ship to the USA tariff-free!
The amount you see at checkout is the full amount for your order, no hidden fees, and you won't be taxes/duties/customs/etc when your order is delivered!  Yes, it took me over a month to figure this all out, but Stark Skincare is now certified under USMCA/CUSMA (the North American free trade agreement) so we ship TARIFF-FREE.  Essentially it's all exactly as it used to be, besides the much slower processing times! However, since every shipment we send out is a formal export, we cannot ship any Depanneur items to the USA.

Canada Post Strike:
We're simply not using them at this time, so the strike will not affect any orders made after September 26th.

Stark ships out on Wednesdays:
To make all this work out, I use a shipping service that is a 40 minute drive each way (when I don't hit traffic), and currently with my family's schedule, the only day I can consistently ship is on Wednesdays. When sales pick up before the holidays, I will add a few more shipping days to my schedule. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.

Honestly, despite the headache this has caused behind the scenes, this pretty much sums up where we're at now! Back to business, just a little slower. :)
