I've had acne prone skin for about 20 years now, so needless to say I'm familiar with most (if not all) of the different things, ingredients etc that are supposed to be good for acne.

The deep, painful pimples are the absolute worst though. Nothing ever helped with them except perhaps taking the holistic approach and ensuring my overall skincare routine is providing my skin the care and gentleness it needs while still targeting the issue. Needless to say, I'm generally pretty pessimistic when it comes to spot treatments and I find most I've tried in the last 20 years have not really worked. And if they have, often with skin-destroying consequences.

Aside from a particular pimple sticker with microdots on it, which I found worked really well for those deep, painful pimples... it just wasn't very cost effective to keep buying these pimple patches because they only came I think in a pack of 8 for about $40. So that's for what, 8 pimples? If I am lucky enough to only need one patch for each pimple, which sometimes I need to use multiple if the pimple is really deep.

Okay, now on to Eteint after a long tangent. It works just as well for me as those pimple patches AND it's so much more cost effective. The bottle is small, yes, but you really don't need much for each application so the bottle will last a very long time. I find that applying at least 2x a day yields me the quickest results. Either the pimple will get reabsorbed back into the body or it will form a while head and shrink, making it either easier to pop haha or flake off on its own eventually.

I'm not the biggest fan of the scent. It smells a bit like food, and not in a yummy way for me. But my husband likes it for that same reason. I suppose he prefers savoury foods whereas I prefer sweets, since it has a peppery savoury herbal kind of scent. At least someone else within close quarters likes the scent, which makes me feel better about smelling like Eteint!

I'll eventually repurchase, maybe in 4 years time in which I hope this product still exists!

My spouse and I both use this one for spot treating the occasional breakout. It's really effective at reducing inflammation and reducing the overall size and "angriness" of pimples. If I catch them early enough, this will literally eliminate pimples within a day or two. 1 jar lasts a really long time. Amazing stuff!!

I’m loving my purchase! I am pregnant with my 1st. My face went to pot last week as did the skin on my chest and back. I put eteint on my facial spots and started rubbing it on my chest spots. Amazing results without drying out my skin! I’m even addicted to the smell now bc I know the product is working on my skin! I also bought moondance and am loving that as well. Just bought midnight yesterday, can’t wait to use that. Thank you so much!

After following Stark online for years, this Dane finally stepped up and bought some products..my excuse for waiting so long to order, I will not bore you with, but just say Stark makes next level products! Especially Midnight and Moondance have impressed me. Midnight has shown it self to be not only fabulous on my slightly dry/combination 41 year old skin, but it also works magic on my eczema on my hands. Moondance is lovely as a night mask, but I also really appreciate it during the day in these cold winter months, as it stays on the lips for a long time without being sticky.

Big fan of the ease of application and the overnight results without irritation. I don't really get deep cystic acne, so keep that in mind. I only need a tiny amount, so this is going to last forever!

I’ve sat on this review for a few days because I want to make sure I convey how much this has already helped my skin! I have dry skin with BOTH regular and cystic acne. I’m in my mid 30s and have tried so many different skincare lines. The list is actually a little embarrassing it’s so long. I just received this a week ago. My chin was covered in cystic acne and other blemishes. I’ve been using Stark’s Eclipse cleanser, the City oil and Everlasting, all of which I LOVE. I’m sure those also contributed to the massive change that’s happened with my skin in a week. This spot treatment healed some really deep cystic acne that often takes me weeks to get rid of! I had a few blemishes coming in and this prevented them from becoming massive inflamed red bumps. It’s so healing! Even blemishes that I picked at were quickly healed within a day or two. This will definitely be something I’m never without.

It actually didn’t help reduce my acne at all. It used it every time on my spots but it didn’t work for me. Lovely scent tho.

I have normal skin type, and am also prone to acne (hormonal usually, sometimes diet/stress related). I can’t even believe that Eteint works SO. WELL. I dispense one drop onto my hand and use a finger to dab some onto each spot. The one drop is more than enough for me! I’ve used it on everything from big, underground pimples, to ones ready to pop. Using this spot treatment 1-2 times a day means my acne spots will be cleared in usually 2-3 days, and sometimes they don't even pop.. they just disappear. I’ve never met a spot treatment that actually does something, let alone be such a powerhouse! The oil is also very light and sinks into the skin, not at all heavy. Everyone can benefit from this!!

This is the best spot treatment I've ever used. It doesn't dry the spot out - instead, it reduces the inflammation and helps it go away faster or sometimes even disappear overnight. It works best if you catch the spot early. And yes, it works on deep cystic acne.

I didn't even believe in spot treatments anymore, but when Jess came out with one I thought oh well, might as well just try it... Since I watch the youtube videos and follow Stark on Instagram, I just want to support Jess and her business! What I didn't expect is how amazingly this works! It just works! When I have a pimple and I spot it early on, it doens't even develop to a big one. Plus it smells amazing, everytime when I put this on before I go to bed my boyfriend says how good my face smells :)

This acne treatment is quite amazing. It really helps heal my acne so much faster than just using regular tea tree oil. It does take a while to heal the acne. However, I definitely see a reduction on the acne inflammation overnight. I am amazed with the result! Plus, I love the fact it has Starks Evergreen Complex. I think my skin loves it also. On the side note, for the price; you get an amazing amount that will last quite a long time! Yay for Eteint!

I have actually never used a spot treatment before until buying Eteint, but it exceeds all expectations. I get small, whitehead spots as well as larger cystic acne spots and this has really done the trick for both, especially the cystic spots. I have medium-toned skin and after every spot, I have hyper-pigmentation that lasts for months. I've been putting Eteint on the spots even after they've gone down to see if it would help with the discoloration and I'm pleased to say it really has. Great product all around!

I love this new product! Another winner from Stark. Eteint smells fresh (and maybe a little lemony?) and goes on smoothly, as it is a nice viscous texture. So far, it has successfully "extinguished" whiteheads (brought them out and quickly cleared them) and more cystic-type under-the-skin lumps. It has even prevented these lumps (when caught same day) from developing into anything at all! My stubborn period chin-pimple was no match for this! And best of all, I've had zero dryness! This is a big deal as my skin tends toward the dry side. Highly recommend this product! (My husband even uses it when he thinks I'm not looking!)
