What do you recommend for my specific skin type?

Everyone can (and should!) use Aurora Cleanse + Hydrate Balm! If you have sensitive/reactive skin, start with our Equinox Calm + Smooth Gel. For dry or mature skin, Midnight Resiliency Boost Oil Serum is our go-to. For acne-prone skin, Petrichor Antioxidant Serum Mist is a true game-changer. Unsure? How do I build a routine, and can I mix it with my current products?

Absolutely! Our products play beautifully with others, so you can easily swap them into your existing regimen.

If you are starting fresh, keep it simple: Cleanse (Aurora or Eclipse), Hydrate (Equinox or Petrichor), and Moisturize (Midnight or City).

Are your products really made by hand?

Yes! Every batch is formulated and hand-poured by our founder, Jess, who brings 14+ years of expertise to the table. You aren't paying for massive marketing budgets or shareholders; you are paying for premium, high-quality botanical ingredients and true craftsmanship.

What if it doesn't work for me, or I want to try it first?

Skincare is a journey, and real results take about 4-6 weeks! If you want to test the waters first, we highly recommend grabbing our trial sizes (when available).

Where do you ship from? Are there custom fees?

We ship from Ottawa, Canada. processing to delivery is currently taking around 5-15 days.

Good news: there are zero extra tariffs or customs fees for orders within Canada (obv!) and the USA!

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 to Canada and USA, free over $125.

International orders shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may be subject to local customs.
