Did you get a "Collab" email?
Dear Content Creator,
Since November 2025, a false "collaboration" email campaign has been targeting content creators, pretending to be from Stark Skincare.
These "collab" emails are a scam and have NOTHING to do with Stark Skincare.
This campaign was created by scammers impersonating Stark Skincare by sending out well designed and legitimate looking emails from addresses that look official, such as "collab@starkskincare.org" , "collab@stark-skincare.com", etc. The email has a header with our logo, a legitimate looking footer, links to our website, pictures of our products and everything.
The campaign promises thousands of dollars, and might ask you to meet on an external chat (eg. Microsoft Teams), and will ask for banking details or to cash a cheque, etc.
Do NOT give them ANY personal info!
HELP US REPORT THEM:
We are continuously reporting the emails and revoking their ownership of Stark-related domains, but they are unrelenting.
Please mark any emails from anything relating to "collaborating" as phishing, and/or download the email as an .eml file (upper right hand side menu of the email from your desktop, not on your phone) and send that file to jessica@starkskincare.com.
This will help us prove that they are scammers with each new address they obtain.
Stark's own website, social media and emails from @starkskincare.com are all safe. (ie. we have NOT been hacked.)
We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. As a tiny business, this is an exhausting experience to endure.
Jess & Adri
